If you are bored with always eating the same dishes, I’d like to share some of my favorite recipes. Most of these nutritious dishes are relatively easy to make, inexpensive and easy to take on-the-go. Fresh ingredients maximize the taste, health benefits and satisfaction. You can prepare most ahead of time; they’ll make delicious leftovers or frozen meals and allow the flavors to meld. For your convenience, I have separated “cooking time” from “active time”. Feel free to double the quantities, so that you have more time to play outside of the kitchen.
