Group Coaching

Clients who sign up for group coaching are ready to prioritize their health, and understand that other group members will provide a strong personal support system, making the likelihood that they will achieve their goals faster. They will benefit from collective wisdom and gain new perspectives. Finally, it is a way to get the same quality coaching, at a fraction of the price.

Men and women have come to me to reach their health goals in areas such as improving skin appearance, increasing sleep, reaching a desired weight, and maximizing energy. As a group, we generally start with foods choices and then examine all different aspects of life (exercise, career satisfaction, sleep, relationships, etc). As a result, you will develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, life-work balance and health.

How Group Coaching Works

I will be your empowering “guide on the side” and mentor.
Most of my group coaching programs last six months, because experience shows that it takes that long for individuals to turn new habits into life-long-ones. Throughout this process, I will provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals; we will make changes that you will be able to maintain for the rest of your life, share with your loved ones, and that improve your health and happiness, but the success of the program depends on you.

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully. We will navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together and explore what truly works for you, keeping your background and preferences in mind.

Together, we will set priorities, goals and action steps. Based on those priorities, we will:

  • Explore new foods, learn new planning skills and preparation methods
  • Improve your work-life balance
  • Increase your energy and feel better in your body
  • Discover what truly nourishes you.

 

On the road to better health, you will get during the next six-months:

  • Two 50-minute group sessions per month
  • Email support between sessions
  • Simple, yet delicious and nutritious recipes
  • A monthly newsletter
  • Handouts specific to your needs and goals
